Wayne Lafley began his coaching career at Hazen Union High School
under his mentor Steve Pratt. During that time Hazen went to four final
fours and won one DIII boys state championship. Wayne also helped run
Wilcat AAU, serving as the head coach for it's 17u boys team. That team
featured 8 all-state players. Wayne then moved to Chicago where he
began working for Full Package Athletics. While working at Full Package
Wayne helped develop some of the areas top high school and college
prospects. In 2004 Wayne moved back to Vermont and created Lone Wolf
Athletics. The goal at Lone Wolf was to provide aspiring basketball
players with quality skill development. The success of Lone Wolf and
Wayne is evident with many Lone Wolf kids receiving D1 & DII basketball
scholarships. Countless other Lone Wolf kids have gone on to be
all-state, all-conference, and all-league performers. In 2006 Wayne was
hired as associate head coach of the Vermont Frost Heaves. The Frost
Heaves are a men's professional team that plays in the Premier
Basketball League. In 2009 Wayne left the Frost Heaves to focus on the
continued development of Lone Wolf Athletics. Today Wayne skill
develops hundreds of junior high, high school, college, and pro basketball

Steve Pratt began his coaching career at tiny Cabot High School in Vermont. He then moved on to Hazen Union High School and
quickly built the boys program into a DIII powerhouse. During his tenure as head coach they went to four final fours and won one
state champioship. Steve then moved to Chicago where he co-founded Full Package Athletics. Full Package has quickly become the
premier place for the greater Chicago area basketball player to train. Steve has also become one of the premier skill development
coaches in the country. Steve has gone on to train over 40 NBA players, this list includes players such as Brad Miller, Elton Brand,
and Dan Dickau. Each year Steve plans to return to Vermont and teach camps that are sponsored by Lone Wolf Athletics.

Joe Salerno has quickly made a splash as a coach in the Vermont high school boys scene. As a former player at Montpelier High
School Joe's first coaching experience was as the head JV boys coach at Montpelier High School. In his first year he lead them to an
18-0 season. The following season he was hired as the varsity boys head coach at Montpelier High School. He has rebuilt them
into a solid DII contender. In the summer of 2008 Joe coached a group of 18u USA male players in the Youth Frienship Games in
Holland. Joe lead this team to a 4th place finish. In 2009 Joe stepped down at Montpelier High School and was hired as an
assistant with the Vermont Frost Heaves. Along with his Frost Heave duties Joe will coach in the Lone Wolf boys program.
Kevin Cieplicki is the former boys varsity coach at Rice High School. During his tenure Rice went to several finals fours and in 2000
they won the D1 state championship. Kevin has helped many of his players go on to play at the college level. Today Kevin is a scout
for the New England Recruiting Report and will also serve as recruiting coordinator for the Lone Wolf boys program. Kevin will also
help out at Lone Wolf practices as an assistant coach. Kevin's contacts and knowledge will be a big asset to the Lone Wolf boys
program.

Chris Cassidy is currently the JV boys coach at Rice High School. Prior to Rice Chris ran the VBG boys AAU club. In 2009 VBG won
the Vermont 16u AAU boys state championship with Chris as the head coach. In August of 2009 Chris and his VBG club joined
forces with the Lone Wolf boys program. Besides his Rice duties Chris will coach in the Lone Wolf boys AAU program. Prior to his
coaching days Chris was a star player at Brattleboro High School and a letter winner at Skidmore College.
Marty has been active in the Vermont basketball scene for over 15 years. Most recently you have seen Marty on the sidelines of the
Vermont Frost Heaves as an assistant coach. Over the years Marty has coached CYO and AAU. In the spring of 2010 Marty was
brought in to assist the Lone Wolf girls 17u & 15u teams.
John was a former player at Vermont Technical College. Over the past 20 years he has remained active in basketball thru coaching
in leagues, mini-metro, and AAU. In the spring of 2009 John was brought in to be the head coach on the Lone Wolf girls 15u team.
